1. About Muffin Market
Muffin Market (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates a community-focused platform that helps customers discover and order from local vendors (shops, services, delivery providers, and similar businesses). We provide software, listings, and communication tools—we are not the seller of vendor products or services unless explicitly stated for a separate Muffin Market business offering.
2. Acceptance
By using this website, the Muffin Market mobile app, or related services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (or have guardian consent where required) and that you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Payment Policy, Refund Policy, and Cancellation Policy.
3. Platform role and vendor relationships
- Orders placed with vendors create a relationship between you and the vendor. Muffin Market is not a party to that sale unless we clearly identify ourselves as the seller.
- Vendors are responsible for their listings, pricing, availability, fulfillment, quality, taxes, licenses, and compliance with local laws.
- Customer payments for vendor orders are made directly to vendors; Muffin Market does not process those order payments. See the Payment Policy.
- Refunds for vendor orders are not provided by Muffin Market. See the Refund Policy.
4. Your account and conduct
You agree to provide accurate registration information, keep credentials secure, and use the platform lawfully. You must not:
- Post false, misleading, or infringing content.
- Harass vendors, customers, or Muffin Market staff.
- Attempt to bypass security, scrape data at scale, or interfere with platform operation.
- Use the platform for illegal goods or services.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to the community.
5. Muffin Market business services
Businesses may purchase services from Muffin Market for operations on the platform. Those services are subject to separate pricing, billing, and agreement terms disclosed at purchase. Cancellation requests for such services must be submitted through the Support menu in the smartphone app and are handled on a case-by-case basis, as described in our Cancellation Policy.
6. Website use
This marketing website is provided for information about Muffin Market. Content is provided “as is” for general guidance. We may change features, availability, or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notice in the app.
7. Intellectual property
Muffin Market names, logos, software, and site content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission except as allowed by law or these Terms.
8. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the platform and website are provided without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, vendor performance, or accuracy of user-generated listings.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Muffin Market and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from vendor transactions, direct payments between users and vendors, or use of the platform. Our total liability for claims relating to Muffin Market–sold business services shall not exceed the fees you paid us for those services in the twelve (12) months before the claim, except where law requires otherwise.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Muffin Market from claims arising from your misuse of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your dealings with vendors, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Muffin Market entity that provides your service, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
