Cancellation Policy

Summary: Cancelling a vendor order follows the vendor’s rules and in-app order flow. Cancelling Muffin Market business services you purchased from us is requested through the Support menu in the smartphone app and is reviewed case by case.

1. Vendor orders (customers)

Orders placed with local vendors through the Muffin Market application are contracts between you and the vendor. To cancel an order:

Muffin Market may show order status updates but does not guarantee that a vendor will agree to cancel after work has started or goods have been dispatched.

2. Muffin Market business services (vendors / partners)

If your business has purchased services directly from Muffin Market (for example platform access, business operations, or paid support packages—not customer order checkout):

  1. Open the Muffin Market smartphone application.
  2. Go to the Support menu.
  3. Submit a cancellation request with your account details and the service you wish to cancel.

Each request is handled on a case-by-case basis, considering your contract term, usage, applicable law, and the nature of the service. We will confirm acceptance or denial of cancellation in writing (in-app message or email).

Until cancellation is confirmed, recurring or term-based services may remain billable according to your agreement.

3. Account deactivation

You may stop using the app at any time. Deleting an account or removing a business listing may not automatically cancel paid Muffin Market services; submit a Support request as described above if you need those services ended.

4. Force majeure and platform availability

We may suspend or limit platform features for maintenance, safety, or legal compliance. Such interruptions do not by themselves entitle users to cancellation credits unless required by your specific service agreement.

We may update this Cancellation Policy. The current version is always published on this page with the date shown above.
